452 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 452 platform by all users who register and access our services. Please read carefully before beginning use.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 452 platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 452 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
The 452 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 or older who are legally able to enter binding contracts. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws relevant to using online betting services.
Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
Each user is only allowed one active account. During registration, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure without notice.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login information confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 452 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately and change your password.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 452 platform are required to comply with all the following usage rules at all times:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or activities that violate Malaysian laws in force.
- Do not attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the platform's systems or software.
- Do not use bots, automated software, or other technical methods to exploit betting or gaming systems.
- Do not engage in any form of collusion or illegal cooperation between players to gain unfair advantage.
- Do not use another person’s account or allow others to use your account.
- Do not share harmful, insulting, or threatening content towards other users or 452 staff.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 452 reserves the right to seize any balances obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 452 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed using platform-supported payment methods, including local bank transfers via FPX and approved electronic payment options.
Users are responsible for ensuring all payment information provided is accurate and belongs to them. 452 does not accept payments from or to third parties on behalf of users. Attempts to use someone else's bank accounts or payment cards will result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals will be processed within the specified timeframe based on the chosen payment method. 452 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal requests exceeding set limits as a security and compliance measure. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policies and may be updated from time to time.
Any transaction fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the user. 452 is not liable for delays or transaction failures caused by third parties.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
452 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice for breaches of terms, suspected fraud, or failure to comply with identity verification procedures. Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so through account settings, subject to completion of all pending transactions.
Liability Limits
452 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits or data. 452’s total liability to any user is limited to the net deposits made within 30 days prior to any claim. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 452 platform, including brand names, logos, designs, software, text, and graphics, is exclusively owned by 452 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 452.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Legal
452’s platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 452 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Users are advised to read and understand those third-party terms separately.
452 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before coming into effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. If negotiations fail, disputes will be settled by arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.
